Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! Made By Fans (“we”, “our”, or “platform”), operated by Lubab LTD (registered in the United Kingdom), provides the video recording and submission technology for the online store where you made a purchase (“Merchant”).
By submitting a video, text testimonial, photo, or audio recording through this form, you agree to these Terms of Submission and our Privacy Policy.
1. Authenticity & Honesty
We value authentic experiences above all else. By submitting content, you confirm that:
- You are a genuine customer who purchased or personally used the merchant’s product or service.
- Your statements reflect your true, honest, and personal opinion and experience.
- You are at least 18 years of age (or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian).
- You are not an employee, officer, or commercial contractor of the merchant, or if you are, you have clearly disclosed that connection in your video.
2. License Grant & Likeness Release
You maintain ownership: You retain all copyright and ownership in your original video recording.
License to the Merchant: In exchange for the opportunity to share your experience (and any store discount or incentive offered), you grant the Merchant and Made By Fans a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license to host, encode, stream, and reproduce your submitted video according to the specific permissions you chose:
- Permission to Publish (Required): Allows the Merchant to display your video, display name, and feedback on their online store, product pages, email newsletters, and organic social media channels.
- Permission for Advertising (Optional): If you checked the advertising box, you also grant the Merchant permission to feature your video in paid digital advertisements (such as Meta, TikTok, Google, or YouTube ads).
Likeness & Voice: You grant permission to use your likeness, image, voice, and chosen display name as captured in the submitted recording for the above promotional purposes.
3. Content Standards (What’s Prohibited)
To protect everyone, your submission must follow these rules:
- No Copyrighted Music: Please do not play copyrighted music in the background (commercial tracks, radio, Spotify, etc.). Submissions with background music may need to be rejected.
- No Third-Party Trademarks: Do not feature prominent logos, brand names, or intellectual property of third-party companies unrelated to your purchase.
- Respectful Content: Videos containing hate speech, harassment, nudity, obscenity, defamation, or dangerous behavior are strictly prohibited and will be permanently deleted.
- Privacy of Others: Ensure no other recognizable individuals (especially minors) appear in the video without their explicit permission.
4. Incentives & Rewards
If the Merchant offered a discount code or reward for your review:
- The discount reward is granted for submitting your honest review, regardless of whether your feedback is positive, neutral, or critical.
- Discount codes are subject to the Merchant’s standard promotional terms and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Withdrawing Consent & Takedown Requests
You have the right to withdraw your consent or request that your testimonial be removed from publication at any time:
- How to request takedown: Contact the merchant directly, or email our support team at privacy@lubab.dev with your email address or order number.
- Upon receipt of your request, we will update the submission status to Revoked and instruct the merchant to cease using the recording in active promotions.
6. Independent Platform Role
Made By Fans provides the technical recording and hosting infrastructure on behalf of the Merchant. We are not responsible for the Merchant’s products, order fulfillment, refund policies, or independent business actions.
